Shipping Information

Customers will pay a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping. Shipping is free for orders over $100.

  • Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 weeks for it to ship. Depending on how busy the holidays are, it may be quicker!

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email!

  • Custom shirts will now take up to 3 weeks for shipment!

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a wrong product in error, to get a replacement product, you are required to send back the messed up product to receive a refund or replacement.
*we will provide a return label in the event of a mistake on our end*

  • All non-sale merchandise is returnable.

  • Sale items are final sale (non-returnable).

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

  • After 30 days, you will receive your refund in store credit for your return. 

  • You will receive a full refund for your purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving merchandise IF ALL of the following apply: 

    • Tags still attached​

    • Unwashed

    • Without ANY Stains

    • New Condition

  • Size exchange is possible IF sizes are available.

  • Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of Salty Irons receiving it.

  • We do not cover shipping for returned item(s).

ANY CUSTOM ITEMS RETURN POLICY

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of your order's ship date. 

  • Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. 

  • Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a store/PopUp. 

  • We DO NOT accept returns/refunds on items that are part of a special offer.

  • If your return is approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks once received by our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.

  • All Mystery Items are in final sale and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For these returns- you WILL NEED to email Saltyironsreturns@gmail.com, with a description and refund approval will be emailed to you along with a shipping label!
